George Gershwin and Jazz-Classical Music May 3, 2008

Mr. Pollack will use Gershwin's three preludes as focal point of how he blended popular & classic music. In addition to stories about musicians in Gershwin's life, Mr. Pollack will play some Harlem stride, ragtime, blues and little bit of Rhapsody in Blue, followed by questions. Please register.
