George Cole, continues his mission to write a new chapter of the Great American Songbook. The group's style, dubbed “Eurocana”, draws inspiration from the dynamic string-driven swing created by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli in 1930s Paris and America’s greatest composers. ”Cole bathes his own compositions in the forgiving glow of nostalgic familiarity, adding a healthy dose of instrumental virtuosity.” George Cole has toured with Joe Walsh, recorded with producer Roy Thomas Baker (Queen and Paul McCartney), and performed with jazz legend Keely Smith. He continues to tour extensively and he’s now in pre-production for a new record with Grammy Award winner John Cuniberti.
