Gentle Yoga for Meditators

Learn a yoga mix of gentle movement, deep stretches, and luscious restorative poses so you can sit with greater comfort and ease. This workshop is open to everyone; there is no pre-registration. No experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a large towel or yoga mat.
CINDY CARVER is a certified yoga teacher and member of the Yoga Alliance. She is also a practitioner in the Kagyu-Nyingma and Shambhala traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. After receiving her certification in Hatha Yoga she continued her training, earning additional certification in Restorative Yoga from Judith Lasater. Cindy teaches yoga and meditation privately and in studios throughout the New York area.
