Saturday, July 24th - Registration and check-in begins at 8:45am in the fellowship hall.

Workshops:
Everything That Glitters is Not Gold - Children & Youth - 9:00am - 11:00am
Participants will learn how to create jewelry to take home. Facilitator: Edith Watlington

Fearfully and Wonderfully Made - Children & Youth - 9:00am - 11:00am
Let’s celebrate how beautiful you are made. Bring a few pictures from home to make colorful scrapbooking
pages and cards for family and friends. Facilitator: Kendra Johnson

Car Care for the Conscientious Christian - Youth & Young Adults - 9:00am - 11:00am
Every teen and young adult driver needs to know how to take care of his/her car. Learn how to change a tire,
check your oil, use jumper cables, and more. Facilitator: Kufre Usanga, Favour Automotive Repair

Bring a T-shirt and Create a Christian Message - Youth & Young Adults - 9:00am - 11:00am
Participants are asked to bring a t-shirt from home and create a message that lets everyone know you are a
believer. Facilitator: Wendy Funderburk

Write It Down, Make It Plain: How to Self Publish a Book - Adults - 9:00am - 10:45am
If you have been thinking about publishing a book, but don't know where to begin, this is the workshop for you.
Facilitator: Yolanda Johnson Bryant

You Can Make a Difference: How to Start a Nonprofit Organization - Adults - 11am - 12:15pm
Learn the steps for setting up a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Facilitator: McArthur Davis
Free textbooks will be given away to adults with enrichment programs for youth. (Supply is limited.)

Basketball Tournament - 9:00am - 12:30pm - Genesis' overflow parking lot
Children/youth/young adults have the option of participating in our basketball tournament. Registration is free.
Participants are asked to donate bottled water. All tournament participants must check-in at the fellowship hall
at 9am.

Note: We will play Bible trivia throughout the morning during the workshops and tournament. Bring your
Bibles, find the answers, and win a prize.

Youth Choir Concert - 4pm - Church Sanctuary
Come out and enjoy the talented Genesis Baptist Church Youth Choir.

Sunday, July 25th
Guest speaker: Min. Veronique MacRae, Durham, NC - 11am worship service—Food, field-day, and
fellowship immediately after service. Remember to dress casual.

Thursday, July 29th
Speaker: Rev. Anthony Berry. Deacon Authority and Shameka McConnell will also minister.

Friday, July 30th
Movie Night - 7pm - 9pm — Join us for a good movie, food, fun, and fellowship
