What happens when Gene Simmons (the God of Thunder and TV Legend) wants to help our Veteran population? He straps on his bass guitar and lends his musical talent to The Rock Club’s ‘Rock For Vets’ Music Rehab Program at the VA in Long Beach.
The ‘Rock For Vets’ Music Rehab Program is a clinically referred program that benefits the men and women of the VA in Long Beach, who suffer from PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder) and other illnesses, giving them a chance to build their self esteem, learn a musical instrument, perform as a band, interact with others, increase personal motivation and self confidence.
On Tuesday, April 10, 2012, 7pm at The Roxy, 9009 West Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood 90069 at 7pm, Gene Simmons will headline a great benefit show.
Tickets start at $35 and space is limited. To purchase your ticket, please visit www.therockclub.net. Don’t forget if you cannot attend, you may also elect to ‘Send a Veteran in your place’ to attend the show.
All proceeds benefit The Rock Club’s ‘Rock For Vets’ Music Rehab Program.
We realize that you have a choice of who you support throughout the year.
