Gem, Rock, Mineral, Jewelry And Fossil Show October 6, 2007

This unique show features loose stones, rocks, slabs, cabochons, geode, polished specimens, mineral specimens, fossils and much, much more. Many local artists and jewelry makers were hand picked because of their quality and will be displaying and selling their stunning and beautiful works created using various stones, beads, crystals and wire.

Among the featured artists will be Sandy Forrest-Hartman. Sandy is a Ranger Certified Ink and Embossing Educator and has appeared
on Home & Garden's "That's Clever" show which aired in November, 2006. Some of her publications include the Heights Pages, the Houston Chronicle, the Galveston County Daily News, Gulfscapes Magazine and Envy Houston Magazine. She was also the featured "Artist of the Week" on Fox 26 news in March 2006. Her additional credits include 2nd Place in the Sculpture Category of the Art Walk on Morton Street in Richmond, TX in 2003 and most recently, www.ArtToWearJewelry.com
