The Fort Collins Rockhounds Club presents the 48th Annual Gem and Mineral Show on March 27 (Friday, 4-8 p.m.), March 28 (Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.), and March 29 (Sunday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.) at the Lincoln Center, 419 W. Magnolia St., Fort Collins, CO.
This year’s exhibits feature Nature’s Treasures. Live demonstrations including lapidary and wire wrapping will be presented throughout the weekend. Door prizes, mineral specimen grab bag sales and the silent auction are ongoing. Gem and mineral dealers sell everything from rockhounding equipment and ore-grade specimens to fine jewelry and stone beads. Adult admission is $3.00 for one day or $5.00 for a 3-day pass. Student (12-18 years old) admission is $1.00. Children under 12 free when accompanied by adult.
