Gelato class for Girl Scout April 23, 2008

Oconomowoc Girl Scout Troop will have a "Gelato Class" in our kitchen. Marina will teach simple and basic lesson to the Girl Scout Troop.
The young girls will have opportunity to have "Hands-On" with the spoons and spatulas during the gelato production and decoration. Flavoring, mixing and freezing the milk/cream mix on our Italian gelato batch freezer.
A final sampling of all the gelato flavors produced during this practical lesson will conclude this class experience. Have fun girls!
