What: Comprehensive bodies of work by six students and alumni of Gavilan College will be on display in the art gallery through February 4th. Themes include passion and pride for a lost homeland, explorations of cultural and gender identity, the subconscious, celestial abstraction, and the promise of hope piercing through the darkness.
Who: The show is featuring work from Dustin Kinsley, German Estrada, Jonathan Diaz, Natalie McBride, Gloria “Chile” Cifuentes, and Kelly Munoz.
Where: Gavilan College Art Gallery is located in the campus library at 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., Gilroy, 95020.
When: The show will be on display from November 24, 2008 – February 4, 2009
Gallery Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Fridays 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
