Gary Hamel on Innovation: Leadership [PARC Forum] June 14, 2012

PARC is celebrating the "Power of 10" years since being incorporated as an independent company with a special PARC Forum invited expert series featuring 10 speakers on 10 aspects of innovation.

This talk will feature Gary Hamel, whose pioneering concepts such as 'strategic intent' and 'core competence' have changed the practice of management in companies around the world. Hamel has been on the faculty of the London Business School and has consulted for companies as diverse as General Electric, Time Warner, Nestle, Shell, Best Buy, Procter & Gamble, 3M, IBM, and Microsoft.
He was recently ranked by the Wall Street Journal as the world’s most influential business thinker, and described by Fortune as "the world’s leading expert on business strategy".
