Garnishing and Presentation November 5, 2009

How would you like to create a beautiful holiday table? Come learn how to create 10-12 different vegetable flower and herb garnishes as well as how to beautifully display cold food such as lunch meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetable platters. Everyone will get a chance to try their hand at creating a unique garnish.
