Join Westward Look and our very own Executive Chef James Wallace for a Garden Tour and Cooking Adventure. First take a tour of our freshly grown chef’s garden and learn how to pick the ripest ingredients. Then take your harvest inside for a cooking class and demonstration. Each class will focus on different skills, from marinade to grilling, master cooking techniques, cooking theology and more!
