GALLERY WALK THROUGH of SHANGRI L.A. (architecture as a state of flux) March 14, 2009

Gallery Walk Through March 14, 2009 6:00 – 8:00pm

Ichiro Irie, curator/artist will do a gallery walk through on Saturday, March 14, 6-8pm. James Rojas will also be on hand to give a lecture on his approach to urban planning and to engage the community with his Santa Monica Off The Grid maquette filled with lego’s, jenga pieces, and other familiar objects. In the Project Room, 2009 Artist Fellow Marcos Novak, will once again turn his cameras on, computer, and sound machine to take us to the 4th-dimension with his piece Turbulent Shangri L.A.

Other works on view by artists: Anibal Catalan, Debbie Hu Ricks and Cedar Miller, Infranatural, Marcos Lutyens, Daniela Frogheri, Fernando Meneses, Oyler Wu Collaborative, and Chris Tallon.
