Handel’s great and beloved oratorio Messiah will be performed in its entirety by Schola Cantorum and Women's Chorale, University Choir, a professional Baroque orchestra, and soloists who specialize in period repertoire with Jeffrey Riehl, conducting. This performance is sponsored in part by the Department of Music, UR Chapel Guild, UR Choral Program, and the Cultural Affairs Committee. A pre-concert lecture will begin at 4 p.m.
