Future Islands & Lower Dens in-store May 8, 2010

Future Islands and Lower Dens will be playing a free, all-ages in-store at Criminal Records on Saturday, May 8 at 5 pm before they head over to 529.

Future Islands (photo) is the Baltimore-based new wave indie pop band. They are on Thrill Jockey Records and their In the Fall 12" EP will be available on April 6 and the new full length In Evening Air will be out on May 4.

Lower Dens is a Baltimore-based indie post punk, new wave band. They will be releasing their first LP, Twin-Hand Movement, in summer 2010, on Gnomonsong Records.
