A confluence of theater, film, dance, visual art and music @ various galleries and performance venues across Austin.

This April 1000s of people will flock to Austin, TX as the fourth annual FUSE BOX Festival takes flight. We are assembling a dynamic lineup of some of the most vibrant and interesting artists from around the country as well as some of the boldest artistic voices from right here in Central Texas. These are artists who are pushing us forward, challenging us, entertaining us, and making us rethink what is possible.

Over the course of ten days, our streets, our buildings, our bridges and sidewalks will become a canvas for pioneering new work. Our museums, galleries and performance venues will host stunning performances and installations. Austin itself will act as both a peninsula to the larger global stage, and as a lens into contemporary life. In short, FUSE BOX is a celebration of the here and now—the art of our times.

FUSE BOX also offers a series of intensive training courses in the mornings, daytime workshops, lectures, chats and talkbacks after the performances. FUSE BOX is about fostering new, dynamic conversation and collaboration. Artists from Minneapolis talking to artists from New York who are in turn talking to artists from Portland who are in turn talking to artists and audiences right here in Central Texas.
