Funny Women will be bringing their newest panel discussion format to the Bath Comedy Festival, followed by a comedy showcase.

Have you ever thought of something funny and not had the confidence to say it out loud? Did you write it down? Leading comedy producers, Funny Women, host a panel discussion with women who lead double lives as comedy writers, producers and performers, followed by a performance from some of the UK's brightest new comedians.

Lynne Parker, founder of Funny Women, will be chairing the panel, with a stellar panel of someof the most experienced writers and performers in the bsuiness. Jane Duffus is the woman behind What The Frock! Comedy, a regular Bristol-based comedy night promoting talented female comedians. Cerys Nelmes, was a finalist in the 2012 Funny Women Awards will also be taking part, along with Hattie Naylor is an award winning comedy writer. Hattie was a judge on the Funny Women Comedy Writing Award in 2012.

Harriet Beveridge is a Bath based comedian, and runs the Helpful Humour parents website. Lucy Frederick was a finalist in the 2012 Funny Women Awards, is a writer, actor, drama teacher and member of the Funny Women Players. And introducing the winner of the 2012 Funny Women Comedy Writing Award, Sarah Courtauld. Sarah has also won the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Forum initiative, and is a true rising star within the comedy world.
