Fundraiser for The Frog and The Hummingbird Co & Butterfield's Roadhouse September 16, 2010

Our dear friends, musician-Frank Lindamood and Lori Ryan-proprietor of the Mockingbird Café have initiated another Fundraiser for The Frog and The Hummingbird Co & Butterfield’s Roadhouse to be held on September 16 at
The Mockingbird Café in Tallahassee.
From 6:00 Pm to 1:00 AM

With an incredible lineup of Music, Great food/menu, Prizes, Drawings and more..

The Mockingbird has been sculpted into a literal and figurative work of art. There you will find paintings by local artist covering the walls, acoustic music wafting through the building, and creative gourmet dishes of North Florida appealing to palates of all persuasions.

The Mockingbird Cafe is hosting a fundraiser for The Frog and The Hummingbird Co & Butterfield's Roadhouse.

...As many of you know with the economy decline and topped by the BP Oil Disaster many of the small rural communities are suffering. Sopchoppy is definitely one of those communities that for the most part over the past four months has resembled a ghost town…we are waiting for the tumble weeds to roll by.

Please remember to come and visit and shop at the many little businesses tucked in our area.

The Frog and The Hummingbird Co & Butterfield's Roadhouse is an Eclectic Music & Art forum bringing you a touch of the tropics! This venue in support of the arts is located in Sopchoppy FL and continues to support and merge local, regional and national performers and artists. The Frog and The Hummingbird Co is currently representing a broad selection of artists and features music & special events each month. In less than two years this down-home family friendly venue and cafe has presented well over 150 events and partaken in countless charitable endeavors. This small venue is continually evolving, is very community oriented and strives to keep a new fresh look and present high caliber arts and music as well as a diverse variety of special events. Ultimately hoping to be contributing members and a positive asset for the region.

Ways to Help
1) Attend--help fill the house
2) Call Lori at The Mockingbird & see if she needs help in any way
3) Pick up posters * help post them
4) Post on online sites, your facebook sites, websites etc.
5) If you have connections with the press help get the word out
6) Donate prizes & drop off at the Mockingbird Cafe
7) Send out email blasts & invite friends
