Fundraiser for Jordan Romero & Kick off of Great Divide Land Rover Trek August 22, 2008

You are cordially invited to attend a fundraising and expedition send-off celebration at Land Rover Mission Viejo, Aug 22, 6p-9p.

The event is to raise money for a local teen who is on pace to be the youngest ever to climb all “7 Summits”, the tallest mountain on each of the 7 continents.

As part of their community involvement as Land Rover owners, Off Roving and Land Rover Mission Viejo are partnering to provide an amazing night filled with inspiration and excitement. Everyone walks away feeling a bit better about a role model to our youth.

Off Roving is using its annual Great Divide trek for Land Rover owners, as an inspirational platform to raise pledges of $0.10 for every vertical foot it ascends during the 5-day trek along the Continental Divide in CO. The proceeds from all pledges will be donated to Jordan Romero to help fund the $100,000 cost of his next climb in Antarctica.

As Off Roving climbs, so too shall Jordan. Land Rover Mission Viejo is proud to partner with this most noble and endearing goal of raising $30,000 by providing the venue for the evening and making the first pledge.

Come and meet Jordan and listen to him talk about his world record breaking accomplishments.

At the conclusion of the evening, be present for the momentous ribbon cutting signaling the departure of the Off Roving Great Divide vehicles in a send-off celebration.
