"Fun in the Park" is a 6 week group fitness class series starting on Saturday, July 28th @ 10:00am. You can sing-up for all classes or select the ones that fit your schedule and interest.
Each class will include some calisthenics or resistance training to increase strength and tone, cardio to get your heart rate up and to burn calories, stretching to increase flexibility, and fun games to keep everyone laughing. The class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginners to "amateur athletes" and YOU will be able to adjust how hard you work throughout the class.
Each weekly class will work on full body fitness with special focus on a specific fitness component.
July 28th: Balance and Flexibility
August 4th: Abs and Core Strength
August 11th: Cardio Intervals
August 18th: Leg Blast
August 25th: Calisthenics and Functional Strength
September 1st: Bootcamp Class
(September 8th and 15th - make-up days for any classes cancelled due to weather)
