Fun Event: Wine Tour, Dinner and Benefit for Shepherd's Door July 16, 2010

Play hooky and join WEO for an adult-style field trip! Our annual summer Fun Event is the entrepreneur's answer to the company picnic. You'll enjoy great camaraderie and networking with WEO members and guests while tasting delicious wine, bidding on fantastic prizes, enjoying great food, and more. Bring your spouse, friends, or colleagues along for the ride!

The central location for the festivities will be a farm located just south of Forest Grove. The group will meet at the farm and board our school bus for the short drive to Montinore and Elk Cove vineyards. After touring the vineyards, we'll return to the farm for a third wine tasting, silent auction, raffle and delicious dinner.

We will raffle off an overnight stay at a romantic surprise location. There are only 199 raffle tickets available, so purchase yours early (you can purchase tickets at upcoming WEO events and at the Fun Event). Raffle tickets are $10.00 each, and you do not need to be present to win. At the event, we'll also auction off gift baskets loaded with goodies donated by members. You may pay for silent auction items by credit card, check, or cash. All proceeds from the raffle and auction will benefit Shepherd's Door, a homeless shelter and counseling center for women and children.

Attendance for this event is limited, so purchase your tickets early. Ticket sales will close on July 9th, and we will not be able to accommodate walk-in registrants. The bus will depart promptly at 1:00, so please arrive by 12:30. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
