Full Speed Ahead After 50 5 for 5 Walk March 12, 2009

Join in a 5K walk in celebration of Full Speed Ahead After 50's fifth anniversary. The walk will start and end at Monona Terrace, move along beautiful Lake Monona, and through Olin-Turville Park. Visit information booths, and learn ways to stay active and eat healthy during the winter months. In the event of inclement weather, the walk will be held in the Exhibition Hall, level 1.
