Full Moon History Hike: Under the Beaver Moon November 2, 2009

Hike back into the past under the light of the "Beaver Moon" with Kyle Bagnall, CNC's Manager of Historical programs. On our way to the Oxbow, you'll hear stories of Michigan's fur trade past and Midland's trading posts. As we hike, we'll watch for animals such as beaver, deer and raccoons, listen for coyotes and owls, and share tales of wolves that once lived in Midland County. Participants should meet at the temporary Visitor Center, where we'll start our hike.
