We have an especially exciting Front Porch show for you this month!
Headlining will be Vandella. They've been wowing audiences with their sweet alt-country soul at places like the Bottom of the Hill and the Great American Music Hall and this is a rare opportunity to see them in one of the most unique and intimate rooms in the city.
It's not for nothin' that lead singer Tracey Holland has been compared to the likes of Neko Case. She's got the kind of voice that will take your breath away and Vandella's songs will stick with you long after the show is over.
Their new record will be out soon and this will be a great chance to get yourself a preview.

Starting things off will be Sabu, an amazing singer/songwriter who is absolutely captivating.
Says here that Sabu grew up a feral woodland child adopted at the age of eight by a nomadic tribe of Aboulafias who, upon witnessing her regularly disappear behind blackberry bushes to sing nonsense songs of strange magic, encouraged her nascent potential by giving her a guitar, a pen, and language.
She has since made her way across the land shouting her songs and has settled here near the water. She would like to sing for you. You should let her.

As usual I'll be playing a set to round out the night. I'll also be featuring my delicious pot pies - roasted turkey w/ carrots in a brown mushroom gravy and for the vegetarians butternut squash with caramelized onions, sage and smoked paprika.
Hope to see you there!
