Presenter Bios
Frank G. Scarpaci is Founder/President of The Vianova Group, LLC, a San Diego based corporate social responsibility (CSR) consulting, training and support services firm. His experience and expertise includes cause marketing, strategic for profit/nonprofit collaborations, event management, social enterprise development, process improvement, board development, and employee engagement programs.
Amy Rasdal has over 20 years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Corporate Development and Marketing. Amy Rasdal started her own company, Rasdal Associates, eight years ago. Rasdal Associates specializes in the other side of entrepreneurship - implementation and execution. Focus areas include program and project management for the Internet software and medical device industries. Ms. Rasdal also recently founded Billable at the BeachTM to give people a jump start in independent consulting.
Prior to forming Rasdal Associates, Ms. Rasdal held a variety of positions at Cardinal Health, Tandem Medical, Epic Cycle Interactive and ASK Computer Systems. Ms. Rasdal has an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth as well as undergraduate degrees in Computer Science, Music and French. Ms. Rasdal also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for San Diego Dance Theater.
