Friesen's 5K Fun Run With the Canes August 30, 2009

The Inaugural Friesen 5K Fun Run in 2006 was held to celebrate Carolina Hurricanes Head Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach Peter Friesen's day with the Stanley Cup. In three years, over 5,000 Caniacs have participated and over $75,000 has been raised for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Eastern North Carolina.
