Friends of Marion Carnegie Library Meeting August 19, 2009

The Friends of Marion Carnegie Library invites the public to a meeting on Wednesday, August 19 at 6:30 p.m. the library’s Board Room. Everyone is welcome to stop by and learn about the Friends.

The Friends of Marion Carnegie Library is a volunteer group who supports the library in its mission to bring a wide variety of programs and services to the community. The Friends sponsor book sales, summer reading programs and library events and activities.

Friends of Marion Carnegie Library is open to all members of the community. Annual membership is $5 for adults, $2 for students, $7 for families and $25 for businesses. The group also accepts charitable donations, both monetary and items to sell, including books, CDS, DVDs, videotapes and other items. Call for more information about donating.
