Friends of James Beard Dinner - Scottsdale Culinary Festival April 14, 2009

This once-in-a-lifetime, multi-course dinner with wine pairings
will be prepared by seven highly esteemed James Beard
Foundation Award-winning chefs, each focusing on a single
course. In partnership with the Scottsdale Culinary Festival, The
Westin Kierland Resort & Spa will host this prestigious annual
event, beginning at sunset with hors d’oeuvres and aperitifs on
a manicured lawn overlooking ice sculptures and a serene lake.
The six-course dinner that follows (inside, at the resort’s Deseo
Restaurant) promises a truly romantic, memorable evening of
exquisite cuisine from the hands of true culinary artisans.
