Friday Jazz at the High Museum with Darryl Reeves Quartet September 21, 2007

Friday Jazz is an evening of art & music every third Friday of the month. View world-class art at the most unique jazz venue in Atlanta; dinner, desserts, and drinks are available for purchase. Voted Best Jazz Alternative Venue by Atlanta Magazine and Best of Atlanta by Creative Loafing. Held on the third Friday of every month, Friday Jazz includes live musical performances in the Robinson Atrium of the Stent Family Wing, art-making activities in the Greene Family Education Center and gallery tours. Drawing in the Galleries: Each month during Friday Jazz, a live model—in costume—will be positioned in the galleries for patrons and visitors to see and capture with pencil and paper. The model will be positioned for short-term poses, ideal for gesture drawing and quick sketches. Pencils, paper and drawing boards will be provided. This activity is free with Museum admission.
