The Fresh from the Market cooking show happens every Saturday inside Main Street Market. This cooking demonstration showcases local chefs and food lovers from around Louisiana. The recipes always incorporate local, seasonal ingredients found at the Red Stick Farmers Market. The show is hosted by Chef Celeste Gill and begins in the North Street seating area.
