Freedom of the Skies Radio Control Model Airshow/Fun-Fly October 17, 2009

The 1st Annual FREEDOM OF THE SKIES Airshow/Fun-fly will be the biggest event of the flying season in Central Arkansas. The club will be hosting fun-fly events on Sat Oct 17th. A special event, in addition to the fun-fly events, will be held on Saturday called a Poker Fly - the prize is 50/50 split of funds collected for this event - cost will be $20 per pilot(the cost to particiapte in this event is separate from landing fee). The poker fly is for both fixed wing and helicopters. We will have events to be drawn from a hat, so each event will be a surprise. Sun 18 Oct will be a Mini-IMAC event will consist of Basic and Sportsman maneuver sequences (separate classes). These sequences can be found at www.seniorpattern.com. These are the 2009-2010 Novice and Sportsman sequences. Any fixed wing plane will be allowed to fly in either class. The club will also be hosting a Swap meet on site. Landing fee is $20 for both days (lunch included for registered pilots on Sat afternoon).
