Veterans Park Event Is Music To The Ears

Sierra Vista, Arizona. A FREE community concert titled “Freed Up” at Veterans Memorial Park will feature national recording artist Michelle Bonilla along with other recording artist on July 26, 2009 from 2:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This event is presented by Freed Souls, a community outreach organization.

Michelle Bonilla is a singer and songwriter who fuses Urban Contemporary Christian music with Latin melodies. She has performed in the company of established artists such as Anointed, Crystal Lewis, Nicole Mullen, Out Of Eden, and Papa San. She has also been featured on Cross Movement’s Grammy and Dove nominated album “Higher Definition”.

Other musicians scheduled to perform include Arizona’s own Holy Hip Hop artist C-Sick, D.O.X., GOD Chaser, EiGHT Fi5VE of P.C, The Ark and more. According to Wanda Marshall, Director of Freed Souls, “Far too many people have the impression that hip hop music is promotes violence and sexual promiscuity,” said Wanda Marshall Director of Freed Souls, “but that is hardly the case – when it comes to Holy Hip Hot music.”  “We are so excited because we have artist coming from California like C-Sick, Flight 4:17, Appointed, MixxJC and all the artist have a Myspace presence, so check out, she adds”.
During the concert, people will be given the opportunity to win giveaways including free CD’s, eat some free food, soak in some sun and just have some good ole fun.
