This is an outdoor class taught on the beach so please call to say your coming in case there is a cancellation due to the weather, Please Bring Your Own Mat Or Towel And Water

Anyone of any yoga class level is welcome, this is a one size fits all Hatha Yoga class which contains easy to preform but powerful poses. Beginners welcome. There is no better place to feel the physical benefits of deep breathing and these simple but effective yoga poses than on a beautiful beach next to the ocean. See you there.

The weather is getting a little warmer so we will have the class if it is as warm tomorrow as it was today. Last Fridays class had to be canceled because it was so cold but I am hoping that it will be warmer tomorrow. Even if it is in the upper 60s on the beach with the sun out and low wind it is beautiful for Yoga. So lets keep out fingers crossed for another beautiful day tomorrow.
