There is no better place to experience the physical benefits of Yoga than on a beautiful setting like the beach breathing the fresh clean ocean air.
My gentle 30 minute classes comprise of easy to perform poses and 5 minutes of meditation while you reconnect to the earth. I emphasize on deep breathing and concentration focusing on your inner self. I believe in leading a class by demonstrating each pose while giving precise verbal instructions so that you can progress at your own speed and ability without pressure to perform.
