My gentle 30 minute session comprises of easy to perform poses and 5 minutes of meditiation while you reconnect to the earth. I emphasize on deep breathing an concentration focusing on your inner self. I believe in leading a class by demonstratrating each pose while giving precise verbal instructions so that you can progress at your own speed and ability without pressure to perform.
