Pot luck lunch right after yoga. If you can not make yoga. Come at noon for the post yoga food fest!!

New and old members.. come out and do basic, fun yoga and meditation and meet quality people and make new friends.

Please be on time and if you are staying for potluck list what you will bring.

Plates, forks and other basics will be provided.
