Free to Breathe 5K Run Walk and I Mile Walk November 5, 2011

We hope you will join us for the 3rd Annual Free to Breathe® 5K Run/Walk and One Mile Memory Walk in Jacksonville, FL. This event provides an opportunity for lung cancer advocates, survivors and the community to come together to raise awareness and support to fight this disease. 100% of the net proceeds from this event will benefit the National Lung Cancer Partnership's research, education and awareness programs.
In addition to medals for the top three male and female finishers in various age divisions of the 5K, gift cards have been generously donated through a private family gift
for overall place finishers:
• $500 Visa gift card for the top overall male and female finishers
• $300 Visa gift card for the overall 2nd-place
male and female finishers
• $200 Visa gift card for the overall 3rd-place
male and female finishers

When - November 5, 2011
6:30 a.m. - Event day registration begins
7:45 a.m. - Welcome & speakers
8:00 a.m. - Run/Walk begins
