World Class Martial Arts is offering a free health and wellness day on Saturday March 14th, to educate the community of the therapeutic benefits of Martial Arts.
Martial Arts programs such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation are practiced around the world by people of all ages as an effective way for reducing stress and enhancing immune function. In addition, Fitness kickboxing and Martial Fitness Core training have been proven to burn 500 -800 calories per hour.

12:00 pm- 1:00 pm - Yang Style Tai Chi
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Introduction to Fitness Kickboxing
2:15 pm - 2:45 pm - Introduction to Fitness Kickboxing
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Martial Fitness / Core training
3:30pm - 4:00 pm - Demonstration to Warriors Realm Martial skills
