As you know, the practice of meditation dates back to the ancient times, and it seems that science is now rediscovering some of its benefits.

Quan Yin Meditation is an ancient method of meditation that contemplates on the Inner Light and Inner Sound. This inner vibration resonates with the vibration of the universe and has been repeatedly described in various literatures of old. Being in touch with this vibration brings peace and contentment within, and awakens the inherent wisdom and power that is a God-given gift within each of us. This inner peace and wisdom in turn contribute to creating a more positive and peaceful society for our world.

The Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association is a non-profit,charitable organization that is self-sufficient and does not accept any public donations. It has been actively participating in relief works and humanitarian aids throughout the world.

At the wake of information explosion, moral and spiritual development of mankind must be kept in pace to maintain the balance with scientific and technological advancement. In the spirit of brotherhood, the Association is dedicated to share this method of Quan Yin Meditation free to all who seek for enlightenment, love and peace of the world.
