When dealing with illness, anxiety or physical discomfort, maintaining inner peace can be a challenge. Workshop participants will learn new ways to reduce stress and anxiety. Through lecture, meditation, gentle movement, journaling and discussion, in participants will explore ways of the body, mind and spirit to live each day with more joy, connection and purpose. Program to be led by Cathleen O’Connor, an inspirational speaker, author, metaphysical minister and consultant. O’Connor is also a certified stress management specialist with a CD of guided imagery meditations “From Stress to Serenity.” A $10 fee is required at registration.
