The workshops are FREE; however donations will be taken to assist the Habitat for Humanity Organization. Taking care of the community while taking care of yourself Wellness is not just the absence of illness. Whole person wellness includes the whole person. This means not just his or her physical health, but emotional, relational, spiritual, and intellectual health. With today’s economy and society’s busy lifestyle few go unscathed from stress, headaches, lack of energy, depression or illness. Denise Holsapple is presenting Healthy Living Workshops to educate people on how they can take control of their health and well-being. The workshops are designed to address all areas of wellness; physical, emotional, relational, intellectual and spiritual. The workshops include Stress Management, Lifestyle Change, Self-Esteem, Conflict Management, Behavior Modification, Time Management and Whole Person Wellness. All healthy living workshops are presented by Denise Holsapple, certified wellness coach, personal trainer and owner of On The Way Health. She focuses on the real-life questions and issues people face every day, using humor, plain language and concrete examples to give participants information they can understand and start using right away.
