Mind-Body Wellness Program is a free community service initiative by The Art of Living Foundation and aims at creating more awareness about healthy and stress-free way of life, no matter what the external circumstances are.
In this 2 hrs workshop we'll learn simple yet effective Yoga, powerful breathing techniques, knowledge of Mind-Body-Breath and guided Meditation and how to use our breath to instantly -

* Create a sense of Well-being
* Detoxify through the Breath
* Increase Energy and Vitality

1. No need to bring the yoga mats.
