The Mind-Body Wellness Program is a free community service initiative by The Art of Living Foundation that aims at creating more awareness about a healthy and stress-free way of life. Over 40 Million people worldwide have benefited from this program.

The workshop will explore the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection, and how we can consciously use our breath to:

We will also introduce the special technique, The Sudarshan Kriya – which over 20 million people across the world in 150 countries have already experienced.
