Come enjoy a free group class on meditation instruction and practice. Learning to meditate allows the practitioner to develop a holistic world view and is a foundation for expanding our relationships with self and others. Class will be centered around calm abiding (shine/samatha) meditation which is the art of calming the mind as taught in Tibetan Buddhism.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.
