FREE Magic Show with a message is coming to Centerpointe Mall April 13, 2010

Alex Production’s “A Night of Magic starring Master Illusionist, Aarron Alex” will be at GRAND RAPIDS, MI for 5 free shows at the CENTERPOINTE MALL FROM APRIL 14TH – APRIL 18TH 2010.

In addition to mind-boggling, magical illusions, multiple slight-of-hand tricks, uproariously funny surprises and audience participation moments, the show also features a free live animal exhibit inside each day during mall hours. Parents and children will have the opportunity to see, play and even be photographed with some of our planets rarest and most beautiful baby creatures such as tigers, lions, baboon, spider monkey and kangaroo. Show times are: Wednesday through Saturday at 7:00pm Sunday at 3:00 pm and is FREE to everyone.

Alex Productions is a 501c 3 not-for-profit organization raising funds to support and protect endangered animals and requested donations for photographs and supervised playtime. All proceeds go to saving more exotic animals from abuse and neglect.

Capturing attention with magic and music, this show delivers family-style entertainment with a message of self respect and social responsibility intertwined with themes of wildlife and environmental preservation. Host, Master Illusionist and President of Alex Productions, Aarron Alex established the show in honor of a family member tragically killed over 10 years ago by a drunk driver. Aarron Alex gently teaches children and adults alike to believe in themselves, be respectful of others, stay in school, and the dangers of irresponsibility with drugs and alcohol. During a particularly moving portion of the program called The Promise, the children are invited center stage to meet one of our baby animals. The baby (through Aarron) speaks to the children about fears of growing up alone. The children are asked to raise their hands and promise not to become “endangered” themselves, but instead to grow up healthy without drugs and alcohol.
