Come celebrate the New Year with joy and inner laughter! Sense of humor, not necessary! Find your inner smile.
The class is presented by Dr. Funshine, aka Caroline Meeks, M.D. She is a Laughter Yoga and Lifestyle Coach and licensed physician. The therapeutic exercises in the Laughter Yoga classes are the perfect boost for those in transition or just dealing with day to day life challenges. There will be a video presentation followed by laughter exercises and laughter meditation.
This program is free and open to the public. No yoga mats or special clothing required.
