The Winking Circle is a "video zine," starring folks who decided it was easy to make their communities better...they just got off their duffs and did it! While not directly computer related, this film is relevant to anyone who digs community, re-use and collaboration. Their guiding principles (aka the 3 Beans) are food for thought. All-in-all the film is a fun, inspiring romp in the sunshine.
