Try a FREE yoga class and see if you'd like to sign up for a course.

I run 10-week 'geek-friendly' yoga courses suitable for both complete beginners and those with some experience. They take place at Brighton Media Centre on Mon and Thu, 6-7.15pm.

Next courses start w/c July 13. £60 per course. Or book both courses for £100 - that's just £5 per class.
