Free "East Meets West" Cooking Demo with Ming Tsai at Macy's State Street November 2, 2010

Who/What:
Ming Tsai will demonstrate “East Meets West Cooking” at Macy’s on State Street on Tuesday, November 2 at NOON. Come see Ming work his magic in the kitchen as he demonstrates how to create crowd-pleasing recipes that can be cooked in minutes.

Following the demonstration, Chef Tsai will be available to meet and greet customers and sign copies of his cookbooks Blue Ginger, Simply Ming, and Ming’s Master Recipes. These will be available for purchase at Macy’s the day of the event.
