This class brings the principles of pilates core method such as centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow to a mat sequence of progressive exercises, followed by some powerful yoga poses. The final part of the class introduces the stretching technique from Meg Mendonca, Brazil, the RP2 (breath, relaxation, passages and postures).
